Dr. Sean Delaney is a highly experienced veterinary specialist whose career has spanned academia (at UC Davis), industry, and private practice. He has led software developer teams for two decades to create tools used by tens of thousands of his fellow veterinarians to improve patient outcomes. He is a serial entrepreneur with Davis Veterinary Medical (DVM) Consulting, Inc., Balance It, and Codecimal. He sits on the board of the non-profit Mark Morris Institute and is the current Chair of the AVMA VSOC which represents over 13,500 veterinary specialists around the globe from 21 veterinary specialty organizations.
Tiffany earned her AS in Veterinary Technology in 2013 and her RVT in 2014. She has worked at several companion animal practices in Northern California utilizing numerous practice management software systems. She has 12+ years experience in veterinary medicine and over 20 years of experience in customer service. For the last two years, she has been actively involved in veterinary medical software development utilizing a range of technologies for project management.
Alisha earned her AS in Veterinary Technology in 2012 and her CVT in 2012. She has 14 years of experience in small animal practice at a six doctor hospital in Wisconsin. She has extensive knowledge of the Vet Assistant AI system including Contact Flows which help automatically and efficiently communicate with clients to best help patients.
